We are happy to ship anywhere throughout Canada and the USA at this time and will do our best to process and advise stock status within 24 hours. If an item from your order is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and advise as soon as possible. Shipping is done Saturdays each week. All our shipping is via Expedited Canada Post Services (with the exception of orders under $10.00 which are shipped air mail). All Our Shipments receive a Tracking Number and are Shipped Insured. We do our utmost to keep our shipping costs reasonable for our customers.

ORDERS $50.00 - $99.99 - These will be shipped for a flat rate of $13.95 via Expedited Canada Post.
ORDERS $100.00 - $149.99 - These will be shipped for a flat rate of $19.95 via Expedited Canada Post.
ORDERS OVER $150.00 - Please contact us for rates.
OVERNIGHT & 2 DAY DELIVERY - Is available upon request and will be shipped by UPS for an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order for Shipping Rates using this service.
USA SHIPPING - If you are placing an order for shipment to the USA and it contains a HAT - Please contact us with your ZIP CODE as the above rates are not accurate for USA Destinations - Thank you.

RETURNS:
We do our utmost to ensure our Clients are happy with their purchases. However, we are happy to accept returns in new condition. We will gladly refund the purchase price - but not shipping costs. It is the Customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping cost to return the item to us. Please do not ship your return C.O.D. - As we will not accept C.O.D. parcels. Please email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to mailing your return.
