* Must possess a valid Government Business/Tax ID Number

* Minimum Order to qualify for wholesale pricing is $350.00 Retail Value as shown on the website.

* Wholesale Discount is based on Retail Value of Products - Contact us for pricing.

* Payment is required at time of order.  We use PayPal as our secure payment processor for Credit Cards and you will be sent an invoice via email to complete for payment.  Alternatively you may purchase using a cheque, money order or bank draft in Canadian Funds.   Payments must be made payable to ShopRedHat.ca.  US Wholesale clients may pay equivalent in US funds with prior approval using that day’s Bank of Canada noon conversion rate.

* Wholesale orders may be picked up in person or alternatively we ship via Expedited Insured Canada Post at an additional cost.  US Wholesale Clients are responsible for any Customs, Duties or Taxes that may be levied at the US Border.
